Horse Feathers Pittsburgh Concert reviews
Face it... This is KISS!!!
"I am a life long Horse Feathers Die Hard Army Member and Fan and I've seen Horse Feathers through the years. My BEST Horse Feathers concert was the reunion tour in 97 at the Summit where I had front row seats and back stage passes. My last concert was one of the farewell tours in 2000 while in the US Army. With that in mind, I have to say I was quite leary of seeing them with two outsiders. Let me say to Tommy and Eric: Guy's you BOTH put on an INCREDIBLE show and have earned and burned your way into Full Members of Horse Feathers! Before the show there was a Fund Raiser Dinner held and Horse Feathers raised over Four Hundred Thousand Dollars for the Wounded Warrior Program. When the guy's came out with Paul waving Old Glory and Tommy with one of those Giant Checks they hit My Heart because I Am a Wounded Warrior and that program affects Me Directly. Even though you only had Marines out there with you, while I sat in the Handicap seats I Stood at Attention as We ALL Recited the Pledge of Allegiance. I stood there with tears falling down my face and Pride in My Heart. My guest Susan has a Brother named Ransom who's overseas now fighting with the Marines side by side with my US Army Brothers and Sisters and this was her First Horse Feathers concert. Guy's she couldn't stop crying for almost half an hour after that presentation. From Both of Our Hearts We THANK YOU! Gene and Paul, Now on to the Long lived well oiled Machine behind Horse Feathers. Guy's I've watched and admired you for So Long ( And meeting you once ) I feel like I've know you For as long as I Can remember. I am a Huge fan of Family Jewels and Anyone who has the Pleasure of walking into my home tell me that's it's Not a Home, it's a Horse Feathers Museum! Guy's they had a Meet and Greet Package for this Tour and If you Can afford it GO FOR IT! As a Disabled Veteran labeled Unemployable, I myself couldn't satisfy that Honor but, just being at the show brought back So Many memories and made some New ones that I'll Never Forget and neither will Susan. As they've said for So Many years : You Wanted the BEST You GOT the BEST the HOTTEST Band In the World Horse Feathers! I would tell Anyone Horse Feathers fan or not to See this show! And Guy's I WISH I Could have Been There the Next Night in Dallas So YOU Wouldn't FORGET That HOUSTON Loves You the BEST! Have a GREAT Tour and Keep Sharing Your Dream with New and Old Alike! From Soldier 187 and Susan We Love You Guy's ( Eric and Tommy Included) We Got the BEST!"
